"Kristy was a star throughout the process of selling our home. We were very apprehensive, and she quickly put us at ease. She went over the process of getting our house ready for showing which her expertise paid off. The first hour of our open house we got two bids. We looked to her for guidance and she led us through the process with professionalism and patience. After we sold our home, we had no place to go. We had a house full of pets and family members and had difficulty renting a place that would have us. Kristy worked painstakingly until we finally were able to get a rental. Now we are ready to buy another home which we will gladly use Kristy for this process. We like her because she is aggressive when necessary and compassionate when addressing our concerns.I would highly recommend Kristy"

"Kristy helped me buy my first home, located in Jupiter Farms. I was a complete novice to the home buying experience. Kristy there to answer all my questions, guide me on the process, and negotiate on my behalf to get the best deal. She was prompt in getting the necessary contracts and documents dispersed. "Great experience! Kristy Brown is a true Professional. She is at the top of her game ,very knowledgeable, honest, understanding and well connected! She recently helped my family purchase our new home. She made the process smooth and helped us to understand even the financing aspect of our purchase, taxes you name it. When we couldn't get answers from our bank, she got answers. If your looking for an A+ realtor that knows what she is doing and is 100% in your corner (her client), she is the one to call. "My home was a casualty of hurricane Irma. It was my first home and I spent 2 years rebuilding it with the intention of selling it before moving for a new career opportunity. Kristy Brown went above and beyond as my realtor. I involved her in the rebuild process and she provided helpful advice for making my home appeal to all demographics of buyers in my area. When I had to leave my home for th interior to be rebuilt, she aided me in finding a comfortable apartment near my work and favorite locations while not being to far from my homes construction. When the property was rebuilt and ready for listing/showing, she involved me and was very communicative of what was going on with my home, potential buyers, the market status and competition, feedback from viewings, and of course offers for my property. Many buyers tried to get my property for below it's worth because it was damaged by a hurricane, but Kristy was always aggressively upfront about how the property was practically new, having all the improvements and upgrades handy as evidence. She never once tried to pressure me to sell below property value. She stood by me stalwart on the properties value and she constantly offered suggestions for ways to improve appeal to buyers based on market research, feedback, and many years of realty experience in Florida. It was a personalized selling experience during a time when everything was chaotic and changing. She greatly reduced how stressful the process could have been given the circumstances, and I am very grateful to her for that. My house ended up selling for what I was hoping for, and just in time before my relocation. Her work is fairly priced for the quality of work you get. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. A friendly, kind, diligent, knowledgeable, and experienced realtor; I highly recommend Kristy Brown if you are looking for a good realtor. You will not be disappointed."
